Layouts can now be locked and the layout toolbar can be expanded and searched for keywords. Now hosts will have even more flexibility and control of their layouts with an improved layout interface. They will also now get presenter rights when moved to breakout rooms. Participants in a browser can now be given enhanced capabilities including webcam and drawing rights. The new Mac Application is more reliable and features better support for USB microphones. Stability issues have also been addressed with this update. Now they are much more intuitive, making your favorite commands easier to find and click. All Flash-based interfaces have now been updated to HTML including the home page, calendar, recording editor, diagnostic test page, seminar calendar, event reporting, course content players, and all other dashboards and charts.Īll meeting menus have been optimized.
